Marissa holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Cleveland State University, where she majored in Business Studies with a minor in Entrepreneurship & Supply Chain and Quality Management. She also possesses an Associate Degree of Science in Business Management from Everest University. Her academic background has provided a strong foundation in business operations and management, which she adeptly applies in steering her company towards continuous growth and innovation.

With over two decades of experience in customer service and a deep understanding of operational logistics, Marissa has skillfully navigated the complexities of the vending machine industry. Prior to founding M&M's Vending Express, she honed her leadership and operational skills as an operations manager at Amazon Logistics in Brooklyn, Ohio. Her role involved managing daily operations, staffing, and scheduling, all while ensuring optimal performance and customer satisfaction.

Marissa is also a licensed cosmetologist, bringing a creative and aesthetic sensibility to her business ventures. Her diverse skill set is a testament to her versatility and commitment to excellence in every professional endeavor.
